Biser Ivanov joined the team of MMC in January 2012. He is interested in the fields of corporate finance, investment banking, security analysis and management consulting. His professional experience starts in the audit department of AFA OOD, where he participated in the financial audit of of Coca-Cola Hellenic Bulgaria, Sopharma AD, Medica AD, Doverie-Briko AD, Geotechmin OOD, VMFG etc. Prior to joining the MMC team, he gained experience in the insurance sector in Interamerican ZEAD, where he was responsible for the portfolio and market analysis, as well as the preparation of reports for the local financial regulator (FSC). In MMC, Biser participates in the financial modeling process, analysis and projects in the corporate finance field.

Biser Ivanov has a license for Investment advisor issued in 2011 by the local financial regulator (FSC). In 2012 he expects to receive his master degree in Finance from University of national and world economy, Sofia. He has a bachelor degree in Business Administration from University of national and world economy.

Biser Ivanov is enrolled in the CFA® Program (Chartered Financial Analyst). Currently he is CFA Level ll Candidate.
